Pintachat — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, add-ons, WhatsApp Business API fees, and services purchased through Pintachat (“Service”). By using Pintachat, you agree to the terms described below.



1. General Policy

Pintachat operates on a subscription-based model, and all payments made for subscription plans, message fees, or add-on features are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage users to review service details carefully before subscribing.



2. Subscription Fees

2.1 Non-Refundable Payments

All subscription payments—including monthly, yearly, or custom plans—are non-refundable, even if:

  1. You stop using the Service before the billing cycle ends

  2. You experience reduced usage

  3. Your WhatsApp number is restricted or banned by Meta

  4. You forget to cancel before renewal

  5. You encounter issues unrelated to Pintachat’s system

2.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

If you do not want the next renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date.



3. WhatsApp Business API Conversation & Template Fees

WABA-related fees from Meta (such as conversation charges, template approvals, quality penalties, etc.) are direct costs and therefore:

  1. Non-refundable

  2. Charged based on actual usage

  3. Continue to accrue as long as your number remains active

Even if your account is suspended or your number gets restricted by WhatsApp, these fees may still apply.



4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  1. The Pintachat dashboard, or

  2. By contacting support@pintachat.com

4.2 Post-Cancellation Access

When you cancel:

  1. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period

  2. You retain access to your account until the cycle ends

  3. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused days

Once the billing period ends, access to Pintachat features will be limited or disabled.

4.3 Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data.

You may request full account deletion by contacting our support team.



5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations:

5.1 Duplicate Payment

You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error.

5.2 Payment Processing Error

Your bank or payment provider made an unauthorized or incorrect deduction.

5.3 Service Unavailability (Severe)

The Service was completely unavailable for an extended duration due to a failure on Pintachat’s part—not caused by:

  1. WhatsApp outages

  2. Meta API issues

  3. External provider disruptions

  4. User-side configuration errors

All refund requests under these exceptions are subject to review and verification.



6. No Refund for WhatsApp Restrictions

Refunds will not be issued for the following situations:

  1. WhatsApp number bans

  2. Template disapprovals

  3. Quality rating drops

  4. Commerce policy violations

  5. Restricted messaging capabilities

  6. User error or improper configuration

These decisions are fully controlled by Meta/WhatsApp, not Pintachat.



7. Trial Periods

If Pintachat provides a free trial period:

  1. No charges will apply until the trial ends

  2. Once upgraded to a paid plan, all payments follow this Refund & Cancellation Policy

  3. Early cancellation during the trial prevents future billing



8. Changes to Plans or Pricing

Pintachat may adjust plans, features, or pricing with prior notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.



9. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, contact us with:

  1. Your account email

  2. Proof of payment

  3. Reason for request

  4. Supporting documentation (if any)
